Out of the ideal requirement of 49 personnel, only 18 were available, each burdened with high workloads and multiple responsibilities across divisions. This situation was exacerbated by technical factors, such as the delayed formation of polling station working committees (KPPS) and the implementation of technical training for election organizers, which potentially disrupted the effectiveness of supervision. Furthermore, Bawaslu’s focus was divided due to concurrent activities, including the recruitment of new Bawaslu members and the enforcement of regulations on campaign materials. The gap between required and available HR became the main obstacle in maintaining the quality of supervision, thereby posing risks to the legitimacy, integrity, and timeliness of the electoral process in Palembang City. The objective of this research is to examine the supervision of the registration stage for DPRD candidates in Palembang City. This study employs a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The researcher aims to obtain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the supervision process during the registration stage of DPRD candidates in Palembang City. The findings and discussions indicate that the supervisory function carried out by Bawaslu Palembang City was more positioned toward direct or participatory supervision of a repressive nature. This program aims to equalize educational opportunities and improve educational quality. It also aims to reduce dropout rates and provide greater attention to the poor. </em><em>Applicants for the PIP program must be registered in the government’s social welfare database known as DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data), have complete educational records, and be listed in the KKS (Prosperous Family Card) system.</em><em>. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program policy for special schools in South Sumatra Province. Problems identified include: many students categorized as poor and vulnerable to poverty do not receive funding from the Smart Indonesia Program; the amount of PIP assistance received by students is perceived as insufficient for school needs; and disbursement of assistance sometimes does not meet the stipulated timeframe. The study found that the criteria for PIP assistance recipients in special schools in South Sumatra Province are in accordance with regulations, as those receiving assistance are registered as poor households and registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) of Palembang City. The focus of this study is to evaluate the extent to which SIMKAH contributes to improving the quality of marriage services in the region. The main objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of SIMKAH in supporting the quality of marriage services. The approach used is field research with a descriptive method, where researchers try to describe and interpret the convenience and obstacles experienced by prospective brides and grooms when using the SIMKAH application to register for marriage. </em><em>This becomes increasingly relevant considering that SIMKAH has undergone several system changes and developments. This research was conducted through direct field observations and interviews with prospective brides and grooms, SIMKAH operators, and the head of the local KUA (Religious Affairs Office). This research employed a qualitative approach, using primary and secondary data sources. The results indicate that several challenges remain in the implementation of SIMKAH at the Muara Sugihan District KUA, such as limited facilities and infrastructure and staff's lack of understanding of the application's use. Nevertheless, SIMKAH's implementation at the KUA can be categorized as quite effective. However, improvements in facilities and technical support are still needed to optimize services. The existence of PDAM in the Talang Kelapat area is very much needed by the community, because before the PDAM, the community still depended on drilled wells and rainwater to obtain clean water. However, the problem that occurred in PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapat Branch is in the field of distribution or distribution of clean water to consumers. This study aims to determine how the management of clean water distribution in PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapat Branch. The focus of this study is the Analysis of the Management of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAM) in Clean Water Distribution in Banyuasin Regency, using George R. Terry's (1958) management theory which consists of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling.The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation, which will be collected completely and then conclusions drawn. The results of the study regarding Management Analysis in the distribution of clean water at PDAM Tirta Betuah Talang Kelapa Branch have been running well, but have not been able to achieve the objectives. This service allows the public to extend SIM A and C online without having to come directly to the SIM Administration Service Unit (SATPAS), thereby reducing waiting times and the potential for brokering practices. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of online SIM services at the Palembang Police using qualitative descriptive methods. Data were collected via observation, interviews with staff and users, and document analysis. Findings indicate that the online SIM system enhances access, speeds up administrative processes, and improves transparency, but faces challenges including low public awareness, limited digital skills, and occasional technical issues. In addition, additional requirements such as psychological tests and online health checks are also challenges for some applicants. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in the employee recruitment and training process. The objectives of this study include: 1) to determine the standard operating procedures for employee recruitment and training implemented at PT. Bank BPR, 2) to determine the factors that influence the management of employee development or training programs at PT. Bank BPR Sumsel (Perseroda). Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation related to the procedures implemented. The results of the study show that the implementation of effective recruitment standard operating procedures can improve the quality of human resources recruited. Structured training standard operating procedures can improve employee competence and skills, thereby having a positive impact on company performance. Data management is carried out based on the acquisition of data through observastion interviews, documentation , and drawing onclusions . the results of this study show that based on the result of the study and discussions that has been conducted regarding the performance of the village apparatus in the management of village funds in biyuku village, suak tapeh district, banyuasin regency, south Sumatera Province as Follows : (1). The research location was at the Beringin Jaya Village Head Office, Mesuji Makmur District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, choosing informants who were deemed to understand population administration issuance services. Based on the research, it can be concluded: (1) the quality of population administration issuance services is optimal, as seen from the physical appearance of officers who are always neat and have a special service area, the reliability of officers in using technological tools well, responsiveness in providing fast, accurate, and precise services, guaranteed free time and cost, and empathy by not being discriminatory. (2) Challenges in population administration services include Human Resources in using the LAKON MANDIRA KABOKI website, unstable internet networks, inadequate support tools, and power outages. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of marriage guidance in minimizing domestic conflict among young couples at the KUA in Sukarami District, Palembang City. This qualitative case study research involved in-depth interviews with religious instructors, KUA staff, and young couples participating in the bimwin program, as well as analysis of KUA documents and divorce case data. The results indicate that bimwin at the Sukarami KUA is relatively effective in increasing prospective brides and grooms' knowledge regarding rights and obligations, communication, and conflict management, although challenges remain, including limited counselors, facilities, and participant awareness.
