This study uses a qualitative approach. Data or information is collected through interviews with informants. Data were analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data display to drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the South Sumatra Wallet Dhuafa Communication Strategy in Raising 5 Billion Funds in 2020 has been implemented well even though it is still experiencing various obstacles. Based on the Communication Strategy carried out by Dompet Dhuafa South Sumatra, it was right on target and the results of interviews with informants, researchers concluded that Dompet Dhuafa South Sumatra really understands that in disseminating zakat, they must see who will be socialized, how the message is socialized, what media is used in socialization and the effects. what to expect after socialization. The information in this research is the advertisement manager of Tribun Sumsel Daily, advertising editors, advertisers, general readers and customers. This research uses marketing communication theory which according to Philip Khotler Mix 4P has four main elements in describing Advertising Marketing, namely, Product (Goods/Services), Price (Price), Place (Place), Promotion (Promotion). All data obtained, is the result of observation, analysis, observation and interviews conducted at the Sumsel Tribune on the course of advertising activities which will then be found that the policies carried out will be implemented properly. DIY is responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance and certainty (assurance), physical evidence (tangible), empathy (empathy), and reliability (reliability). This research was attempted to evaluate Service Quality Analysis in Increasing MR Customer Satisfaction. DIY. Information collection was attempted through observation, documentation, and interviews with several key informants related to research activities. The case formulation in this research is how to improve the quality of service to MR customers. DIY and how the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at MR. DIY. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach, and has a descriptive character. For this study, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative research which is useful for providing written or spoken words from people and behavior that can be observed in fact data about communication strategies which are then analyzed based on system theory in public relations according to Kriyantono (2014). Then the existing data is collected by means of observation, documentation and direct interviews with key informants who have been selected in detail. By paying attention to village facilities, it becomes an attraction for the community to improve the image and maintain long-term relationships.
